I agree it reminds us that this matters. quit smoking for another daykweek or monthl. etc though, is rewarding ourselvescith a banana split, which is not only unhealthy.it reinforces a reward with a negative choice, all the other rewardsc are great. I thinkmrewarding yourself with other unhealthy choices is not the best move. think it is o important tobreward ourselves often. I agree it reminds us that this matters.
