		<description>Hey Jeff, I especially like #3 and #7. Laughter is a powerful antidote for stress. I try to conclude each day with a little comic relief. Exercise may seem like just one more effort, but it is so worth it. Stress indicates imbalance and exercise has a unique way of restoring balance and leaving you feeling energized instead of drained. Thanks for the great pointers.
