You know what I found to help me, especially at times when I am really down and out. Talking to a friend, it usually gets my spirits back up.

But also, always having valuable friends around plays a huge role because they are the ones that will help you get through the good and bad.

You have done a great job with this post. It is one to tuck away and read over and over again. All of these ideas are helpful but we get so busy in life that we often forget that these simple things make all the difference to how we feel.
