so true that the only person there is to blame is ourselves but i don’t think that we should blame anybody. blaming is dwelling on the past, be proactive and sort it out. it doesn’t matter what it was. that’s the past. who cares why it turned out that way. fix it. now.

spot on about people hiding behind excuses.

awesome advice. really like step 3 because most people wish their lives were better but never do anything to improve.

@Alex – Great observations! Choosing how we react to things that happen to us is so incredibly powerful.

@Nicholas – I’m not sure that I follow the premise of Vitale’s teachings. Frankly, it seems a little out there to me. Maybe I’m just not familiar enough with it.

@Christopher – I think we all have to remind ourselves of these things from time-to-time so they can thoroughly sink in!

@shardulvyas – I try to optimize my site for the most popular browsers. I apologize if the Google ads crowd the content for you. I hope this won’t deter you from visiting. The ads are an important part of how I afford to keep this site going. I hope you understand!
