I went off on a tangent with my earlier reply. I guess I used your comment as an opportunity to get on my soap box. Here I go again... It just seems that many people living on tight budgets seem to expect something or someone external to themselves to fix their dilemma. Most often, people expect the government to do something to help them. I just wanted to make the point that one should not wait on a government program, policy, or decision to rectify a personal financial crisis.
