This is good stuff. The economy will make us more reflective and simplicity will make us more spirtual. As we strive to make simplicity a priority we will discover parts of our life we lost in the hustle of the multi-tasking lifestyle we have become used to. I really like that one of the ideas you highlighted Jeff was "single tasking whenever possible". That is good advice as I have been trying to do that the last few weeks so I comprehend what is in front of me better to make it more useful in my life. I believe I have accomplished more and discovered new things that have added a bit more motivation to what I am trying to accomplish. @Nicki – You are right. The economy has made things like simplicity and frugality much more attractive to people. I like it! In fact, I think the recession might be a good thing if it helps people to be smarter and to live a more sensible lifestyle.
