We are a 501(c)3 non profit called A Small Victory. We help women and families that lose children during pregnancy to the first month of life. We provide support kits, information, services and understanding to those suffering the loss of a child from stillbirth, neonatal loss, and miscarriage.

The Alzheimer’s Association provides services and education for caregivers and those afflicted with the disease, as well as funding for needed research.

The second is the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. My father just passed away from this disease. PAN CAN also provides education, programs and funding for research for pancreatic cancer.

The mission is to support those affected by brain aneurysms and other vascular malformations of the brain. It is estimated 2 million americans are walking around with a brain aneurysm and have no idea. If it bursts, there is a 50% chance of death. I lost someone very close to me. But I now know many people who have better stories. Including 1 person who survived with 5 aneurysms, and another who survived 2 burst aneurysms.

It’s so important that people learn more about the disease, learn the warning symptoms and what to do.

With so much attention given to young people who make mistakes and are depicted negatively, these are young leaders who demonstrate a commitment to excellence with their quality, class and pride.
