i would love this phone to be able to communicate better with my family. the phone i use right now is very unreliable but we arent in a position to spend any money on a new one yet. hope to win it!!
I would be utterly appreciative to win this phone. I am a single mother of 2 small boys who is on a tight budget. I keep a lovely home over our heads with things we “NEED”. We do not have cable, internet, or all the other fancy gagets. With this phone, I could text message easy while cooking dinner, and I could get online for something at home to check the weather. I do not have a fancy camera either, and it would be great to capture some memories. This phone would help us stay in touch with family. Of course we don’t “NEED” this phone, but it sure would be a nice luxury!
This phone would be a great way to keep up with the kids. A great help in texting with the keyboard. It would simply make life easier to keep up with the kids as we are always having to be in 6 different places at about the same time, either picking them up or dropping them off at a function.
My wife is so busy with taking care of the family, work, and me, she really needs this particular smartphone to keep in touch with everyone and to stay on top of things! She can use the calendar to schedule events, use the 3G capability to scan the internet for the latest news, and it will work great for her corporate email!
We both have been researching the HP iPAQ Glisten for some time now and I’d really like to give this phone to my wife as a present, she really wants it for her birthday!

I’m about to be starting a new job with a laptop company and this would be an amazing tool for me to update stock quantities online via this when I’m out visiting clients, it’s also great for keeping in contact with family and friends
I work several freelance jobs, many of which are involved in the social web, and I’ve to find an affordable device that’s also viable in the long-term. That and this would be the perfect excuse to drop Verizon like a hot coal.

For me, I would finally be able to ditch my 4yr old Razer phone and enter the 21st century with a new smartphone! Having everything on the go (email,etc) is life-changing!
I could change out my older WM 5 device…the one that is starting to show it’s age (and heavy usage).
My life is a mess. A fresh Glisten would help me consolidate my personal and work phone to keep me better connected on the go. Reminds me of the IPAQ days when PDA’s ruled the earth. Count me in.

Our household doesn’t yet own a cell phone. Just never got around to joining the 21st century. However, getting one for free would be a good incentive to do so.
Many of the e-mails I receive need to be responded to in a timely manner. But many hours are spent away from my computer. Having a HP iPaq Glisten would enable me to stay current on my internet communications.
This will be of great use for my mom since she has a difficult time scheduling all the things she needs to do for that day. She takes care of elderly people so she needs to manage her time wisely.
Since I travel a lot for business, I need a powerful smartphone that allow me to have fast access to news and keep contact with myfamily. The HP iPaq Glisten make the dream come true and does with style!

I work as an independent tutor and childcare provider and am always on the run between jobs and wishing that I had a “smarter” phone to keep track of all of my emails, new tutoring requests, and calendar appointments in. Would be great to have this phone!
It looks like this would be a great way to untether myself from my desktop computer – being able to use this (great looking!) smartphone to access work and personal calendars is what I’d use it for the most (and I guess making the occassional phone call!).

I’ve been so wanting one of these phones. Today, while out on my run, my hubby tried to call my cell phone and, as usual, he couldn’t reach me because the darned thing is so unreliable. He always gets so worried when that happens. So yes, I could surely use the HP iPaq Glisten Smartphone.
This would allow me to be more organized and help find valuable time to spend with my family!
I don’t need it, but it would be nice to replace my aging BlackJack that misses more SMS messages and Calls than it receives.

This phone will better me and my family byt keeping all info and appointments in one space for me. WHat everyone knows about me is I can be forgetfull. Everytime a friend or family member says that I need to be somewhere or do this or that I always ask they send me an outlook reminder. That was It will pop up well before I am late or have forgotten.
Not to mention I have the ipaq 910c and love it and all HP procucts!
The phone would be helpful to our family because it could be my daughter’s birthday gift and I would be so cool (in her eyes)! Fortunately, she’s a wonderful girl and thinks I’m great regardless, so I’m blessed.
We have no smart phones in my family. We just got cell phones that text in the past year.
This winter our power has gone out more than once, and it would have been nice to still have access to our Google calendars, email, etc…
Along with the fact that I’m trying to get a small business up and running… Mobile access would make things SOOOOO much easier and more productive.

I would be able to stay in touch with family members easier. I could text and email without always having to get on my computer. This would be just awesome!
I am sure this phone would offer many reasons why every Mom would love to have it! Probably most important would be how dependable they are, knowing family members can reach you at all times is so important!!
With 3 kids and multiple schedules, this phone would definitely help us keep all of this straight and in synch. The dependability of the HP name on the phone means I know it will work when it needs to – I have been a loyal HP user for years!

It would help me better my life by actually carrying my phone with me thereby making myself available. My current phone is so difficult to use I leave it at home most of the time.
Having a great all-in-one device would allow me to manage my time so much better – I could check email while waiting @ the doctor’s office, use the bluetooth while driving, GPS for those times when I get lost (more often than I care to admit!), QWERTY keyboard makes sending text/emails a snap, streaming radio for those times I need to block out the world, and integrated Wi-Fi? *swoon*

I run a one-woman pet sitting business. It would be good to be in contact with my clients while on the road. Don’t have a PCS right now. The Glisten would fill a very empty vacuum.
My phone is so old, but since I’m a single mom with a disabled adult daughter, this would definitely keep me in touch with the camp that my daughter attends. Thank you.
