I cannot hardly believe that it is November already!  Halloween is here and gone.  Thanksgiving is just around the corner and Christmas will be here before you know it.  It seems like this year has flown by!

It is a good time to review what you accomplished over the year.  Did you get done what you set out to do?  Also, you might start thinking about your goals for next year.  What big, hairy, audacious goal are you going to set for yourself? 

I started the year with a list of goals and as I look back over them, I am amazed at how many I accomplished.  I say this not to brag, but just to point out that when we keep track, we often surprise ourselves.  Make a list of goals and see how you do!
