One extra point I'd add is that in living fully, we actually generate more enthusiasm and so more energy. And the more fully we live the more things that interest and excite us. After living the first 30 years of my fantastic life, I had a bit of an epiphany a couple months back. I decided I had more to offer than my "day job" career in engineering (which I enjoy).
