MySuperChargedLife.com is dedicated to sharing motivation, tips and resources for living life to the fullest. This is my first passion and the reason that I started this site. However, it was also born out of my entrepreneurial spirit. It is a micro-business for me that generates a small, but steady stream of income. I think it is fun trying to make a little money with this site and I don’t see any harm in it, but I try not to let that get in the way of the primary mission.

The FTC has recently ruled that bloggers need to be more specific about how we are compensated for material that appears on our sites. Of course, I also want to be clear with you because I want you to know that the opinions I express on this site are mine and only come with the natural biases carried by us all. I want to be as transparent as possible so you can trust me to provide you accurate and meaningful information to help you live a better life.

Here is the way that I do things on this site:

The content that appears on this site is all original stuff that I write myself with the exception of an occasional guest post. I always clearly indicate when someone else is providing the content of an article so you can take that into consideration.
I cannot honestly say that I’m unbiased because I’m human. I’m influenced by all kinds of things including money. Part of my job as a blogger is to express my opinion and that comes packaged with all my biases. However, I do try to tell the truth as best as I can discern it. I’m sure you already understand this.
I offer all the articles on this site to you for free. It doesn’t cost you a thing to read my articles. Also, it never costs you a penny to click on any link or advertisement on my site. The only time you will ever pay anything is if you elect to purchase a product or service advertised, recommended or endorsed on this site. You are always in the driver’s seat.
I do not accept compensation to post specific articles on my site or to offer a specific opinion unless I clearly disclose that in the article. I feel to do otherwise would be misleading. Having said this, I can’t recall any such posts on this site.
I also do not include paid links in any of my articles. The links I include in the content of the articles are there because I think they corroborate, enhance or otherwise support my point.
A few of the links in my content are affiliate links connecting you to books I like or products I endorse. If you click one of these links and end up buying the thing, then I make a small commission.
I will try to make it clear when I’m receiving any kind of consideration for reviewing or recommending specific products or services. For example, if a publisher sends me a free copy of a book to review, then I’ll mention that. Also, if I make a commission off an ebook or other product I’m recommending, then I’ll state it in the article.
I will only endorse or recommend products or services that I have personal experience with and find useful. However, you may see ads on my site for things that I don’t necessarily endorse or recommend. This happens because I don’t control all of it. If I don’t mention it specifically in the content of an article, then please do not assume that I endorse or recommend it just because it appears on my site.
You will find links surrounding my content from advertisers like Google, Amazon and others for which I do earn some compensation. In most cases, I do not control which specific ads get displayed on my site from these providers. Again, I’ll let you decide what to click on.
There are three ways that I make money from the advertisements and links that appear on my site. For some, I make money just for displaying them. For others, I make money when you click on it. Lastly, I get paid a commission when you make a purchase as a result of following a link from this site.
