Are there things a person can do to improve their chances of surviving a disaster? When I think of disaster preparedness, I usually think of gathering together items I might need in case of a tornado in Oklahoma such as a flashlight, water and a first-aid kit. While these aren’t bad things to have around should the unthinkable happen, they probably aren’t the most critical factors to surviving a disaster.…
