I think that Wii Fit is great because it tracks everything that you are doing. Often, we think we´re doing things like exercising consistently when, in fact, we are not. Wii Fit reminds us what we need to do to lead a healthy life.

Hi, I’ve been wii fitting for the past 2 weeks now and totally addicted to it but with my partner being offshore now for 2 weeks I have no-one to compete against apart from myself. Is there any sites I could go onto to compete against others?

I too got a WII fit for Christmas and it is amazing, the whole family love it. Does anyone know if there is or is going to be a separate disk for more advanced step classes as I have mastered the advanced level and enjoy it so much I am hoping they bring out a disk with just different step classes. It is so much fun.
